P U R C H A S E -
PURCHASE OPTIONS
First option is a bill of sale and a cash transaction US backed funds only. US backed funds assures that both parties are serious about the transaction.
Second option we accept payments. A contract is prepared for the agreement between McCoy Farms and the purchasing party. The animal stays at McCoy Farms until 60% of the purchase price is paid then the animal may be removed but all papers stay at McCoy Farms until final payment. Buyer approves horse condition and signs the contract. .
Third option, in some cases we offer a lease to purchase, Designated horses only. This is all done under a contract between McCoy Farms and the lease person..
We accept MASTER CARD, VISA, & PayPal.
Transportation, we are not a commercial hauler. We offer transportation to buyers location. It cost $1.00/ mile to run the truck and trailer, based on round a trip from the Ranch
